- SOPET Gas is a joint venture established since 2006, officially changed to SOPET Gas One since 2012 includes members: Saisan Corporation (Gas One), Dong Thap Petroleum Trade Company Limited (PETIMEX), and Sojitz Corporation.
- Saisan is one of the biggest leading LPG distributors in Japan. With the brand name of "Gas One", Saisan has 99 sales offices, 18 filling stations and 30 subsidiaries all over Japan, and 8 oversea subsidiaries in China, Mongolia and Vietnam. Saisan will contribute stable financial supports and technical supports to SOPET Gas One with their over 60 years of experience and superior operational know-how.
- Dong thap Petroleum Trading Import - Export Co.,Ltd (Petimex) is a state owned petroleum company in Dong Thap Province and owns well-conditioned petroleum product tank terminals and jetty with deep draft which will be able to receive VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier) to supply refrigerated LPG from Middle East into SOPET Gas One soon. Petimex will contribute to SOPET Gas One by developing domestic LPG market with their strong Vietnam network.
- Sojitz Corporation (SJC as a merged entity between former Nissho Iwai & Nichimen) is one of biggest leading trading houses in Japan. SJC has the longest business history in trading, investment & finance in Vietnam. SJC will contribute most effective management supports to SOPET Gas One with their sufficient knowledge and experiences for 145 years. Especially in Vietnam, SJC is supplying about35% of total LPG imported by utilizing 5 LPG vessels from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and China. SJC will contribute most of stable and competitive supply of LPG to SOPET Gas One.
