The Saudi Aramco CP for July 2026 was settled significantly lower than the previous month.<\/p>\n
Regarding the current market environment, following the signing of a memorandum on the cessation of hostilities between the United States and Iran,<\/p>\n
concerns over supply disruptions in the Middle East have eased, and LPG spot prices have gradually declined.<\/p>\n
The average WTI crude oil price in June also decreased by approximately USD 16 per barrel compared with the average in May.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, major importing countries such as India have increasingly shifted their procurement to U.S.-origin LPG and other alternative supply sources.<\/p>\n
As a result, demand for Middle Eastern LPG has eased, leading to a more balanced supply-demand situation compared with the previous month.<\/p>\n
Moreover, the North American market has also softened due to seasonal demand coming to an end,<\/p>\n
and this continued downward trend in market prices resulted in a substantial decrease in the July 2026 CP.<\/p>\n
Looking ahead, although progress has been made toward ending the conflict between the United States and Iran, <\/u><\/p>\n
export operations and logistics from the Middle East have not yet fully returned to normal. <\/u><\/p>\n
Therefore, LPG prices may continue to fluctuate depending on crude oil prices and developments in the Middle East. We will continue to closely monitor market conditions.<\/u><\/p>\n
